qué los sismos no se pueden predecir?
Estás de lo más campante trabajando o descansando en tu
casa y de un momento a otro escuchas un rumor sobre un posible terremoto; tus
sentidos están más que alerta y el susto está a flor de piel. Mucho se ha rumorado
sobre un gran sismo que tendrá como protagonista el área donde vives.

terremoto. Este fue el ocurrido en China en 1975, se avisó a la población días
antes de que se produjera. Los científicos detectaron una serie de temblores de

millón de personas en la ciudad de Haicheng.

Es
un fenómeno geológico que está causado por los choques de las placas tectónicas
que conforman la superficie terrestre. Al moverse chocan entre sí o rozan entre
ellas (hipocentro), el punto situado encima de este se lama epicentro.
Expertos
explican que es prácticamente imposible saber cuándo va a temblar. Si se
tuviera una predicción precisa, muchas catástrofes hubieran sido evitadas.
Lo
único que se sabe es que los sismos y grandes terremotos seguirán sucediendo.
Su ubicación, hora y duración, no se tiene registrada, pero es parte de la
naturaleza que no se puede predecir.
Ley física
La
tierra de forma natural va liberando energía poco a poco de la tensión en la
corteza terrestre. Es impredecible saber qué día va ver una descarga de energía
que ha contenido por un gran tiempo. Se tiene conocimiento de donde se ubican
las fallas, más no del momento exacto donde sucederá el movimiento. La placa o

Se
puede calcular el tamaño de la falla: pequeña, mediana, grande. Esto no
determina la intensidad del movimiento telúrico. Puede desencadenar sismos

anuales) o hasta un gran terremoto.
Animales
Los
perros en específico pueden ser una gran señal de alerta. ¿La razón? Perciben
las ondas que viajan a través de la tierra, ellos la perciben y por lógica se
ponen más inquietos, lloran, ladran, se ponen muy nerviosos.
Los
sismos no se pueden predecir por eso es de suma importancia tener bien
presentes las normas que las autoridades nos recomiendan, tener tu mochila de
emergencia a la mano con todos los documentos importantes, estar un pasito adelante, ante cualquier
catástrofe natural que pueda llegar a suceder.
